This is the start of your 6-week onboarding — over the next six weeks we'll take you through everything you need to feel confident using the travel systems, and how to build a business alongside it if that's the path for you. This New Starter chat is where you'll get all the support and information you need along the way. Work through this checklist at your own pace, and once every step is complete you'll graduate from this chat into the main team chats. We are with you every step of the way.

Complete mandatory training

Complete InteleTravel onboarding training

Log in to the InteleTravel portal and work through all training modules. They cover everything you need to start booking. InteleTravel will also email you a full schedule of getting started calls so keep an eye on your inbox!

Register with ABTA — the final mandatory stepUK agents only

ABTA certification means everything you book through InteleTravel is ABTA protected, a huge trust signal for your customers.

UK agents only
This step applies to UK-based agents only. If you are registered outside the UK, you can skip ABTA registration.

How to register:
1. Visit abtaknowledgezone.com and click New User Registration
2. Use the email you signed up to InteleTravel with

Register with key suppliers

RateHawkPreferred Partner

Find RateHawk on your Preferred Partners list inside the InteleTravel portal and follow the registration steps. Great for competitive hotel rates worldwide.

Major Travel — register via MajorGoPreferred Partner

Use MajorGo to register with Major Travel. Support is also available via WhatsApp and details are on the Preferred Partners list.

STV (Staff Travel Voyage) — personal travel onlyPersonal travel only

STV is exclusively for your own agent travel perks and not for client bookings. Visit stafftravelvoyage.com, select Airline and Travel Agency, and register.

Once signed up, use the Apply for Access tab to request hotel rates. Search by chain (e.g. Mitsis) or destination (e.g. Santorini). Approval takes up to 48 hours and you will get an email when done. Approved hotels appear in your Affiliate tab where you can book directly from there.
Hilton — industry rates for personal travelPersonal travel

No registration needed. Access discounted personal stays across the Hilton portfolio straight away — up to 25% off, or up to 50% off BAR at new hotels. Book up to 3 rooms with no limit on guests or nights.

How to access Hilton agent rates
1. Go to Hilton Travel Agents | Special Offers
2. Search your destination and dates. In the Special Rates panel, tick Travel Agents and enter TR in the Group Code box.
3. If the Travel Agent box is greyed out, untick it first, type TR, then tick it again.
4. Double-check dates and guest numbers haven't reverted, then click Update.
5. Agent rates appear on the right labelled TRAVEL AGENT RATE. Most are pay on arrival with free cancellation.
6. You may need to show travel credentials — get these from InteleTravel live chat once mandatory training is complete.

💡 Follow Hilton on Instagram — they promote new hotels which may offer up to 50% off BAR. Rates vary by brand.
Meliá — register for MeliáRewards industry ratesPersonal travel

Register through InteleTravel to unlock industry rates and earn points to reduce the cost of your own stays at Meliá properties worldwide. You'll receive 2,000 points on registration. Note: this process can take over 14 days so register early.

Meliá Registration Steps
Step 1 — Get added to the Meliá system:
Email supplierregistrations@inteletravel.com and ask them to add your email address to Meliá. You cannot proceed without this.

Step 2 — Complete and send the registration form:
Ask in your chat for the MeliáRewards registration form to be circulated (it is fully typable — no printing needed). Fill it in and email to support.meliapro@melia.com.

Step 3 — Complete account setup:
Meliá will email you to finish setting up your account.

Once registered — making a booking:
Log in at MeliáPro — Portal for Professionals. Your screen will show two profiles:
⚠️ INTELETRAVEL profile — Do NOT delete, amend or touch any bookings here.
✅ Your personal profile — Click your name to access industry rates. Payment is on arrival; redeem points to reduce costs. Always check My Promotions for gifts and offers.

Stay connected & keep growing

Attend our weekly training calls

We run live weekly training sessions covering booking systems, sales tips, destination knowledge and more. We will send a weekly call list into the WhatsApp chats so you never miss anything. Add them to your calendar and show up. Consistency is everything. On top of these, there is also a biweekly business onboarding call and a biweekly rep call — both are important for you to attend as you settle in, so make sure you have these in your calendar too.
